After working as a Project Manager and Technical Engineer for more than 35 years, I found my purpose in 2017. I realized that motivating and coaching was the most fulfilling part of my work. <\/p>\n

I knew I had to do something with this realization, and I made a plan to fulfill my purpose. <\/p>\n

I completed an intense coaching program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and became a Certified MMS Coach and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I launched my coaching career, obtained coaching clients and wrote a book!<\/p>\n

I wrote my book \u201cA Journey of Self-Discovery - Are your inner voices helping you or getting in your way?\u201d. The book is published in English and Dutch, and is<\/span> available through Amazon.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a counselor who mastered some conversation techniques myself, I was a bit skeptical about a coaching process. Anton, however, always got to the heart of every request for help I had very quickly. He didn't judge and could always pick up the thread when I digressed. Anton coached me in my transition from aviation to a new direction. Anton coaches, as coaching should be. He did not impose an opinion, but let me think for myself. Anton has taught me to learn to deal with certain behaviors\/reactions, by recognizing them as sub-characters of myself.
